"Melinda Elmer and her team were so helpful and communicative. Melinda was our realtor for both the purchase of our home in 2014, and the sale of it in 2022. We were living out of state due to a job relocation when we decided to sell our home in Long Beach. Having someone that understood the market in the area as it was rapidly changing with rising interest rates provided great comfort. Also having a team that could get everything handled with out us being there, from staging, repairs, to hauling off items left behind in our storage shed made an often stressful time about as stress free as possible. We would definitely recommend Melinda Elmer to anyone we know, and we would without a doubt use her a third time if we are to move back the area in the future."

Their are endless amount of realtors you can use out here in Southern California but when it comes to amazing customer service there's only one choice. Dillion and Jake take the lead! We did an interview process of 8 agents coming to the house "Selling Sunset Style" and had them compete. The boys had no problem taking gold in their approach to get the listing. Dillon and Jake are undoubtedly the best real estate agent I’ve encountered in my 10 years of buying and selling properties. We are not easily impressed but these men stood out amongst the best. Thanks to Dillon's and Jake's expert guidance, we were able to sell our home and start the next chapter of our lives. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Even in such a highly competitive market, they were able to overcome obstacles and provide exceptional service.
