I felt very calm and confident as a first time home buyer knowing that Sherry was on my side. She wrote a winning bid for our first choice home and her expertise is what allowed us to be selected even though we weren't the highest bid. I highly recommend Sherry. She is dedicated, passionate, energetic, and extremely caring. I'm grateful that I trusted Sherry with our first home.

Negotiation assassin!!! Literally will get everything you want/need in a house, even things you didn’t think to ask for. Denista made our home buying experience so easy and smooth. She has excellent organization skills, from the beginning making a schedule to view 12 homes in one day, until the end keeping our team (and the seller team quite honestly) on track with the closing time line. One thing we appreciate most is she never made us feel like there was a stupid question, she always explained things until we completely understood. She always has her clients best interest and is quick with her communication, which is needed in this business to close deals quickly. No offense to other agents out there but no way they get better than this. Would only want Denista when buying/selling a home.
