I can't say enough good things about our experience with Lacy. Lacy came highly recommended from several of our friends who she had helped buy and sell multiple homes each. We were buying our first home during covid. Homes were flying off the market within days and going over the asking price. Lacy kept us calm and she knew what we were looking for and when homes became available she didn't hesitate to get us in to look at them. When we found the home we wanted Lacy went above and beyond and wrote a letter along with our bid insuring the sellers our jobs were secure and we would were flexible in our move in date as the seller had some health issues. There were many curveballs thrown at us during the process but Lacy was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Lacy and I will use her again with any real estate transactions.
