We recently had the pleasure of working with Erica who helped my husband and I navigate the intimidating process of purchasing our first home. Right from our initial meeting, it was evident that she wasn't just an ordinary agent, but someone who genuinely loved what she did. Her enthusiasm and passion for real estate shone through every step of the way, making us feel confident and excited about our home search. Her warm and friendly demeanor created an atmosphere of trust and transparency, allowing us to comfortably share our desires and concerns. Communication was one of the key factors that made working with Erica such a pleasure. She was always available to answer our questions, whether it was a simple inquiry or a complex concern. Her prompt responses and thorough explanations demonstrated her dedication to ensuring that we felt informed and empowered throughout the entire journey. With her help and guidance, we purchased our first home and embarked on a new chapter of our lives with excitement and confidence. Erica is an invaluable asset in the real estate industry, and we are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!

Working with Kirstie was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first conversation, she listened to every single detail I shared about what I was looking for. It wasn’t just the “must haves” that she paid attention to but also the little things that I wanted. She took the time to understand our vision, our lifestyle, and what mattered most to us and she translated that into action in a way that completely blew me away. What really sets her apart is how far she goes beyond the standard role of a real estate agent. Every step of the way, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and proactive. She didn’t just send listings, she curated a list of homes that matched our style and needs while also having insights that I wouldn’t have considered on my own at showings. She was honest, detail oriented, and had a sharp eye for both potential and pitfalls. There was no point in time that I ever felt like she was just trying to “make a sale”, she genuinely wanted me to find the right home. Her communication was flawless. I always felt like I was in the loop and she was patient and thorough when explaining each step of the process. Whether it was navigating offers, negotiations, inspections, or closing paperwork, she handled everything with grace, precision, and professionalism. Her knowledge of the market, the area, and the homebuying process is unmatched. More than that, she made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. Thanks to her, I am now living in a home that checks every box I had and then some! I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, listens deeply, and will go ABOVE and BEYOND to make your dream a reality, then look no further than Kirstie. She is a true gem!
