Vince was a great realtor, we meet at another home he was selling and he cracked a joke about the price , and then I told him come sell my house , he followed up within two days and within the next week or two he had my home on the market , the first open house we had we got an offer and sold to that offer. Vince was always there for any questions no matter what time it was, he helped sale our home and purchase another home. He was always open if we called him and said we want to look at this home he was right on the money. Great and very patient realtor will always explain the next step. We love our home and will always recommend Vince.
