They made sure that the reams of paper work were in order, deadlines were met; this made the closing a smooth and painless process. Most important Michelle and Joseph were very patient explaining all the complexities and nuances of real estate jargon. We enjoyed working with them. Subsequent to close of escrow, Michelle and Joseph have been most helpful in assisting our daughter with recommendations for a locksmith and other home maintenance issues.
