Matt was a huge help during the search and offer process, but an even bigger help during the escrow process. Our escrow was difficult due to disclosure delays, missing contractual items, removed fixtures and damages, and at all steps of the process Matt was able to point out the problems and hop right on fixing them. He held back the close of escrow to ensure all appliances and unexpected damages were fixed as per the contract before proceeding. Overall, very responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to push through a difficult escrow process.
