Scott Mount is by far the best real estate agent out there. We first worked with Scott to sell a house in Pasadena and buy a house in Ontario. There was so much that needed to be done to sell the Pasadena house and Scott was there every step of the way. He knew exactly what to do to get the best value for our house and he was right there helping us put up privacy fencing and cleaning floors. When we needed to sell our Ontario house a few years later, there was no question that we would use Scott - and we're SO happy we did! Once again he was right there helping us get the best value for our house while keeping us safe during the pandemic. He even helped us navigate the many hiccups that occured with our cross-country move. Scott isn't just an amazing real estate agent, he is honestly the nicest guy you could ever meet. If you are looking for someone you can trust to give you the best advice, both buying and selling, look no further.

Like the title mentioned but I wish I would have hired him instead of the one I had. I hired a neighbor I had grown up with, known pretty well all my life in that sense but it turned out to be a nightmare with her. John brought over his clients one afternoon and turns out I had met him prior under different circumstances dealing with cars. Passion of mine. Got along very well. Along the way I had spoken and dealt with him through my agent and otherwise, a little with the sell and more with the personal side. Dealing with the negotiations of the sell, seeing how he handled the side of the buyer, the requests of what needed to be done and the financial dealings of the sell of my home was very strategically performed, keeping every thing fair and really doing a great job for the buyer and making sure all that was needed was done perfectly. It's hard to impress me with my perfectionism but he certainly did so. I could not recommend John more than I do now. Great guy and all in all, human being.
