I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jeff and the entire Keller Williams team. We were first time homebuyers, making the largest purchase of our lives square in the middle of a global pandemic, but Jeff was a calming and knowledgeable presence through the entire process. He encouraged us to look in neighborhoods that hadn't even occurred to us and we ended up finding our dream home on just the first day of open houses! He knew the moment we walked into the home that it was the right house for us, and he went the extra mile to make sure we got our home, below asking price! Throughout escrow and the entire purchasing process, Jeff was thoughtful, calming, and professional, dealing with each of the little hiccups that came up without batting an eye. As we come up on our 1-year anniversary of becoming first time homeowners, my wife and I can’t help but think of our Realtor Jeff. I met Jeff several years ago through a good friend of mine, but had only seen him on a few occasions. Fast forward to 2020. We were living in a tiny apartment in the middle of a pandemic on “lockdown” and we knew it was time to make a move. A home in our area became available for a price that we hadn’t seen in our area, ever. We knew we had to start moving quick, but we had no idea where to start. “Jeff!” I told my wife and she instantly agreed. I called my friend and asked her to please put us in touch with Jeff. He was on top of it and started working for us before we even had our first “official” conversation, he’s definitely a go getter.  He knew there was a home we were interested in and he knew he had to move quick and started making phone calls right away. That home ended up not being the one for us, a tad too small, but Jeff assured us there was something else out there for us. He held our hand and walked us into this as quickly and gently as possible. He was very attentive to our wants and needs and never tried pushing us into something we weren’t comfortable with. When we did find the house we wanted, Jeff made sure we felt confident in our offer. His understanding of the market and his relationship with other realtors is what I believe helped us buy our house. There were multiple offers on the table for our home, and I don’t believe we were the highest one, but we got it!  We closed escrow in 17 days! Jeff made the process smooth and easy. Jeff, thank you so much for everything and for being so amazing at what you do. I hope we never have to sell or buy again but if we do, we know who to call.
