One of my criteria was safety and if a home I was eyeing was in a bad area they let me know right away. I appreciated that so much because I wanted to make sure wherever I moved to was in a safe location and they made sure of that. Also, I was super impressed by their availability and prompt feedback. If I wanted to see potential homes on the weekend they were available to show me them and this is super important in the current housing market. Time is of the essence, especially when putting in an offer for a home you want. Once I found a place I loved we acted on it right away and submitted an offer. Maria and Vince worked tirelessly sending me all the documents I needed to sign and going back and forth to the property with me for inspection and then finally handing me my keys :) Maria said they get 100% of their clients into homes and she was right.
