Jennifer is very professional and she has superb knowledge in this field having done this for so many years. I particularly like her follow-through and making sure the process goes smoothly. She is quite responsive to my questions (no matter the time of day!), and communicates constantly to make sure I am aware of the status of the transaction. This was important to me as she listed and sold my investment property and then helped me with the purchase of 2 investment properties within a 45-day deadline! With so much going on, that is no easy task, but she got it done.

Steven, was the utmost in patience and understanding of what I was looking for. My situation in funding was well beyond difficult and his experience and resources in contacts i.e. loan agents and full lead of the entire process made this purchase possible. his negotiations saved me on the front end as well as the back end. I was with a loan agent that promised the world including a pre approval letter then tried to rape me in points on a difficult loan. Steven wasn't having it.
