Steven, was the utmost in patience and understanding of what I was looking for. My situation in funding was well beyond difficult and his experience and resources in contacts i.e. loan agents and full lead of the entire process made this purchase possible. his negotiations saved me on the front end as well as the back end. I was with a loan agent that promised the world including a pre approval letter then tried to rape me in points on a difficult loan. Steven wasn't having it. Put me in touch with the right person and walked with me through the whole process. Incredible agent person father of twin boys ( very involved in raising his boys, dedicated Son and a true friend.)
