Susan did research on our rural area market and presented us with a few options. She was very consistent in her communication with us. She would answer our questions honestly and made sure we understood what she was saying or if we had any concerns. She was professional in her communication, knowledge and follow up. We never waited long for her to respond to our calls, texts or emails. Our experience was an emotional roller coaster because we were selling the home we had lived in for 28 years and raised our kids in. Susan was aware of this and was sensitive and caring to this dimension of the sale of our home. We sincerely appreciate Susan and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, attentive, sensitive, consistent and HONEST Real Estate agent!!!
