Don and Carol were great to work with. They knew the business as well as, if not better than, most realtors in the area. Their knowledge of Sun Lakes and the market for that area was just what we were looking for. Their expertise certainly helped us get the house sold pretty close to asking price in today’s market. Great working with them. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying in Sun Lakes.

Linda was very nice, she seemed to know the area. The only thing I didn’t understand was the house was being sold as is but Linda hired someone to fix one of the toilets at a cost of $350.00. The house sold fast and Linda kept me informed of any offers.

Alex was my realtor to sell my Mom's home after she passed away(that was in a family trust). He knows his stuff and was very patient with me as this was all new to me while I was grieving the loss of my mom. Any time I might have had any issues or questions he always tried to make it right and answer in full. His negotiating skills at the end were awesome and we ended up giving the buyer much less of a credit then we thought we would have to. For a younger person with not as much experience as some realtors I was very impressed and happy with our whole experience. Thank you again Alex!
