Their knowledge of Sun Lakes and the market for that area was just what we were looking for. Their expertise certainly helped us get the house sold pretty close to asking price in today’s market. Great working with them. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying in Sun Lakes.

Linda was very nice, she seemed to know the area. The only thing I didn’t understand was the house was being sold as is but Linda hired someone to fix one of the toilets at a cost of $350.00. The house sold fast and Linda kept me informed of any offers.
