I saw a FOR SALE sign on a residential house in the city of Pico Rivera. I called Georgette Solano and expressed my desire to purchase this residential house for myself. Is that OK?” She did call me back within several minutes and had available dates and time frames to select from to go and view the house. I would receive documents for signature from Rocket Mortgage and DocuSign, read the documents, do signing electronically, so that I did not have to drive far into Los Angeles and pay for parking, retain copies of documents signed, and receive email confirmation that signing was completed. The only time I left my home to sign documents was with the Escrow Company to complete closing documents and so that they could see & prove to Escrow, that I was the buyer of the residential property.
