Georgette Solano

I saw a FOR SALE sign on a residential house in the city of Pico Rivera. I called Georgette Solano and expressed my desire to purchase this residential house for myself. I asked Ms. Solano if she could help me. She stated, “Let me have the address. What is a good call back number for you? I will call you back within 10 – 20 minutes. Is that OK?” She did call me back within several minutes and had available dates and time frames to select from to go and view the house. Georgette Solano and Associates communicated well with myself, the Buyer, and regularly via phone chats, emails, or/and in person through the entire process of purchase the house. Ms. Solano was also very proactive by keeping me informed every step of the process in purchasing this residential property. Georgette Solano also listened to concerns I expressed and answered all of my questions. And I asked a lot of questions because I do not know the real estate business. In particular, “How long will it take to finish buying the house?” “How long will Escrow take to close so that I can move in?” Georgette was also very upbeat, happy, and fun to be around with when communicating with her. What I do appreciate was that Georgette was very familiar with the area of the residential property she and her team were assisting me with. In particular I was impressed with Georgette’s use of technology. I would receive documents for signature from Rocket Mortgage and DocuSign, read the documents, do signing electronically, so that I did not have to drive far into Los Angeles and pay for parking, retain copies of documents signed, and receive email confirmation that signing was completed. The only time I left my home to sign documents was with the Escrow Company to complete closing documents and so that they could see & prove to Escrow, that I was the buyer of the residential property.
