I highly recommend Walter Barnes, he is the best! We traveled to the desert from Northern California and he showed us multiple properties on Saturday and Sunday. By Sunday afternoon we had written an offer on a home and by Monday we were in escrow. I can't say enough about Walter and his dedication to his clients. He is so knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods and he really takes the time to listen to what you're looking for and go above and beyond any expectation you may have. Throughout escrow and the closing process, Walter stayed in touch with us consistently, he met us at the property multiple times, referred contractors to us and helped schedule a deep clean on the home. We are so grateful for his help and for being such a good partner throughout this entire process.

55325 Winged Foot La Quinta
After 25+ years living in our home in North La Quinta we decided to sell in this unusual market. Cathi Walter has the expertise that helped us navigate a process we realized we new nothing about. From the beginning she gave us a step by step process and guidance along the way, including de-cluttering, refreshing, and then staging our home to bring it into the modern day. We had flexible deadlines for each step so that we could reach our goal for listing by our desired date, and with her an Ben's help we made it! Cathi brought in a professional photo/videographer and marketed our "Desert Living Lifestyle". She cleverly suggested that we not look at offers immediately in this fast paced market. We waited one week from listing then met in her office to review the offers. There were 7 viable offers in one week! Each offer was laid out to us separately with facts and figures so we could make an informed decision with her unbiased approach. We chose an offer, which fell through, but without skipping a beat, Cathi contacted our next choice of buyers and they happily stepped in. Our closing date did not change. We sold our house not only above our asking price, but well over our expectations as well.
