Broker Ashley and Agent Patty Perez were very efficient--property sold before it even hit the MLS. Both were very knowledgeable about the current market, great communication with an efficient listing process, following through escrow, and managing an unheard of ten-day close, all done for us, as we're remote sellers, having relocated out of state a few years ago. Excellent job, you two!!

Friendly low stress excellent experience with Ashley

Ashley showed us 14 houses in one day! She was friendly, helpful and responsive to all questions during the process. We met Ashley and had the keys to our new cabin two weeks later!
