Paul has been very helpful in our long quest to purchase our final home in Palm Springs/Desert. He was very patient and provided us with numerous choices based on what we provided as “likes” and “must haves”. He was also aggressive in determining the offer $ when it came to selected homes. He hesitated a bit, with reasoning, when we provided him with an offer $ below what he suggested. However, he proceeded to what we would ask ensuring that he was thinking of us rather than his sales. Jean Liu was a hard working and honest knowledgeable realtor who was always on top of the sale of this home. There was competition in the market but she was able to sell for asking price without any issues so I appreciate her hard work. I’ll be using her services in the future. !Highly recommended

Melinda provided great advice on how to sell my Sun City Palm Desert home under difficult personal circumstances. She had great resources for contractors to do a several needed repairs. She then staged the house nicely and got it on the market effectively with great photos, etc. Since I was still living in the house, Mindy limited showings to serious clients and kept me well informed when showings were scheduled such that I did not have to leave for long hours or wait long after showings to return. Mindy helped greatly with pricing in a slow and competitive REL market. Once a deal was signed she kept buyer (& buyer's agent) on track when he made mistakes in his financing, and changed his mind over details of the sale She negotiated several things that made the sale, and final move-out as easy as possible for me.
