Paul has been very helpful in our long quest to purchase our final home in Palm Springs/Desert. He was very patient and provided us with numerous choices based on what we provided as “likes” and “must haves”. He was also aggressive in determining the offer $ when it came to selected homes. He hesitated a bit, with reasoning, when we provided him with an offer $ below what he suggested. However, he proceeded to what we would ask ensuring that he was thinking of us rather than his sales.
