I am a retired real estate developer so I’ve worked with literally hundreds of agents over the years. Most are very weak. Paul is s 10! I recently was involved in disposing of a property we got back in foreclosure. I contacted Paul because I saw he had previously listed the property. We met at the site and I immediately found Paul to be engaging, knowledgeable and extremely diligent. The property was in horrible shape so it had to be bought by a “flipper”.
