As a first time home buyer, the process seemed daunting; however, Chris the realtor made the process easy. He avidly follows up throughout the entire process and has a great team behind him. Once our purchase was complete, he even set us up with a brand new floor. I definitely recommend Chris for your buying and selling needs!

Over the past year, Steffi guided us through the sale of our home and two purchases involving co-buyers, overlapping escrows, and a prior deal we ultimately walked away from. When the seller refused every repair request, credit, and piece of documentation, Steffi clearly explained what that pattern signaled, gave us the full picture, and fully supported our decision to walk. She puts her clients first, every time. Our home sale was handled with the same professionalism and attention to detail, and she kept everything moving smoothly while balancing multiple simultaneous transactions. The main purchase was a broker-to-broker transaction, with the opposing agent also managing the property for the seller. The other side made the process far more difficult than it needed to be. Steffi never blinked. Through a drawn-out, at times adversarial negotiation, she remained steady and focused. The final deal included meaningful seller concessions that we fought hard to secure, and she never lost sight of what mattered most to us. She also works seamlessly with lending professionals. Her coordination with our lender made the entire process feel cohesive rather than like a collection of people working in parallel. That matters more than most buyers realize until they find themselves in the middle of a complicated transaction. The transactions were complicated. Working with Steffi wasn’t. She makes complex deals feel manageable and difficult situations seem effortless.
