Aaron is an outstanding communicator. Always kind, patient and never pressures. Extensive knowledge and excellent at closing the deal. He is the one and only realtor I use Thankful to know him and do business with him

We began nearly a year out planning for the possibly of a sale and purchase of a new home. Aaron helped us map out areas to keep our eyes on, timing and pricing. He is patient, and not at all pushy, leads with authority and gentleness—a great negotiator. Everything you want in someone who is representing you! He knows the San Diego market well! From helping us update our current home, to pricing our home to receiving 11 offers on the first weekend of open house—and it sold over asking immediately! Move on to the purchase of the new place, he knows what is priced well and what is overpriced. He’s is alway working for his clients best. He knows your needs and wants and can make helpful recommendations. In the end, we found the perfect place for a great price! This is our second transaction using Aaron. I would use and trust him without any hesitation. He’s treated us as if we were his own family! Thank you Aaron!

Aaron was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. Recommended and introduced to me buy a mentor who i trust and respect, he helped my best friend and me buy our first home in San Diego. Being completely new to the process and not understanding much about purchasing property, we could not have asked for a better realtor or guide us through the process. From day one, Aaron was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right home. He was forthcoming with any flaws or setbacks he noted in different properties, things I have never thought about and would never have thought to look for. He took the time to understand what mattered to us, walked us through every step with clarity, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Aaron was always available to answer questions (no matter how small or stupid, like what is escrow and why are there two types), gave honest advice, and advocated hard for us throughout negotiations. We always felt supported and confident knowing he was in our corner. Beyond his professionalism, Aaron is just a great human—kind, trustworthy, and easy to work with. We are so grateful for his expertise and dedication, and we absolutely love our new home. If you’re looking for a realtor in San Diego who truly goes above and beyond, Aaron is your guy. Highly, highly recommend!
