All of the vendors were easy to work with, and strived to get the house ready quickly so we could get it on the market. Denises suggestions paid off! The house looked amazing! It looked "why are we selling it" amazing! Since we were moving before the sale, she also suggested we stage the home - and to this day I know the staging helped sell our home quickly. Something else Denise did when she met with us for the first time was give us the current tone of the market - average days on market and price per sq ft for our area. It was to help us to enter the market with realistic expectations, and we did. Because we took her suggestion to heart and did the updates, we received 4 offers within the first 72 hours and all above asking price.
