Tarven is AMAZING! Choosing a realtor is a huge decision, and one which deserves careful consideration. We initially liked (and chose) Tarven due to the strategic approach he took to selling our house. There is a science to the buying and selling of homes, just as there is with most any large investment/transaction. Tarven understands this science, and approaches it in a methodical and professional manner. For my wife and I, selling our home was in fact the most significant transaction which we have engaged in, so we wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable with our choice of realtors. In the end, we could not have been happier! Tarven is a true fiduciary. He possesses the qualities which make a proficient realtor. He understands the process very well. He has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He does well at providing advice while maintaining a supportive attitude. Selling a house can be stressful at times, though Tarven has a calm and cool demeanor which makes him very easy to talk to. We developed a professional trust with Tarven, and I never doubted his motives. While I know for a fact that we were not his only client, you would never know that from talking or interacting with him, because he always made us feel like we were #1. Tarven sets the bar high in regards to real estate agents. Our only regret is that he won’t be able to assist us in the purchase of our next house given we are moving out of state. Though if he found his way to where we are moving to, we would not hesitate to hire him again as our agent. If you are in the market for an excellent and professional real estate agent, I implore you to meet with Tarven and give him a chance, you will not be sorry!!!

It was phenomenal working with Fatema to find our home in San Diego. She went above and beyond in her services and I would have given her 10 stars if I could. I have nothing but praise for her. I opted to work with her after one of my friends shared his own home buying experience with her. Since the beginning she worked diligently to find a place for us. She joined with us to almost all open houses we went to and scheduled showings for us on a very short order. She was very accommodating and flexible in the whole process. Even though we were very picky about our needs and it was taking a long time to find a good fit for our new home, she was very patient throughout the whole process. When we finally found a place, she got us a great deal and she negotiated hard! I feel very fortunate to have her throughout the stressful home buying process.

Valerie helped us find our 1 st home five years ago. We eventually grew out of that home and recently purchased our dream home. Our home is in a neighborhood that is extremely hard to get an offer accepted. We put in an offer and the bidding war began! Valerie was very informative and knowledgeable.
