She learned after one phone call the status of homes, other offers on the table, and then guided us so honestly and fairly as to a successful price to offer. She always treated us with such professionalism and compassion, and acted based on our wishes at all times. She also watched our children and played in many backyards with them as we viewed the homes. She helped us find and purchase (for a great price) our lovely home. She is still known as "Aunty Raini" in our house. When selling our home, she was available day and night for several weeks to show our home, have long open houses, and just talk to us several times throughout a given day with updates and truthful, positive words of encouragement. She sold our home for what we wanted price-wise and the terms we asked for in a time when many homes were sitting for months. She was at every showing, every inspection, and even would pop over to explain different steps in the process we were unclear of.
