He made the whole process so smooth and painless, including termite inspection, photography and setting up showings. We were not sure we'd be able to sell at the price we needed, so Brent was careful to watch the comps and keep us apprised of what a reasonable list price would be, right up until the night before we listed... Suffice to say the list price we settled at brought in multiple offers, so that we ended up selling for far more than we had hoped!
