Our experience working with Allen was great! He was very easy to talk to and had a plan to get top dollar for our sale. His knowledge of the market and business was top notch and helped guide us in our decision to sell. The team that he chooses for photos and signing docs were also very helpful and made things very smooth. We were able to get lots of traffic to our house due to the plan he had and were even able to lock into escrow in under a week. Allen also helped us in determining our future home purchase and gave us some insight into what direction we should go. We never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision and it felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire time. Allen was very responsive via text/call and was there to answer any questions we had. We cannot recommend him enough!

I can say a lot of great things about Vienna as an agent but the one thing that sticks out the most when it comes to my experience with her is how much she paid attention to the things we didn’t say. Anyone knows to ask a buyer what kinds of things they are looking for but really focusing on them when looking at homes and listening to them discuss the pros/cons of each home can say so much more. When we were shopping for our home we spent time in each home doing a cursory walk through but the bulk of our time was always spent in the yard. After a few houses Vienna noticed this and said “You guys didn’t mention that the backyard was really important. I know you wanted one because of your dogs but you spend more time in the yard than you do in the home whenever we visit a house. It seems like the yard is actually really important, do you two spend a lot of time outside?” We hadn’t even realized it ourselves and never would have thought to tell her that outdoor living space was crucial to us but we didn’t have to because she REALLY listened to us and figured it out for us. I would 100% use her again!
