Terry Moore and his team (Teresa, Erica, and Barry) of Apartment Consultants, Inc represented my Pacific Beach rental properties. Terry Moore of Apartment Consultants, Inc was one of a number of agencies that I solicited to sell my four properties in Pacific Beach. Their proposal was stellar and convinced me that he was knowledgeable and fully capable of successfully representing my properties. I had already done my own assessment of value in the Pacific Beach market and their valuations were close to my expectations based on comparable sales and current listings. The first two properties sold in short order with the third property about a month later. The fourth property, 1532 Missouri St, was a little more challenging, but they all were sold for more than our expected total.
