We had tried to sell our home about 6 mos prior to signing with Tristan and did not have a good experience. Once we signed with Tristan, the transaction was much smoother and the house sold quickly. We were not in town very much during the escrow of our property and Tristan had to step in and take care of so many details that we just couldn't do from afar. Jeff is an amazing agent. He went above and beyond for selling our cando in Hillcrest, including hiring a professional photographer, printing the pictures in high quality slides ( no one really does that any more!) , and setting 2 other people besides himself for showing the house for each house tour.
