I contracted with Richard to handle a private real estate transaction negotiation. It was a complicated deal that went on far longer than everyone involved anticipated. Richard’s leadership, tenacity and expertise were unrivaled . He was patient and accommodating to both me and the buyer. I’m convinced the deal would not have closed without him. I highly recommend Richard and his team for both broker and legal services.

Not every real estate agent is the same and after this experience, I can definitely say that the right team makes ALL the difference! 🏡 Richard Woods and his team bring so much knowledge about the neighborhoods, rules, regulations, and all the little details you don’t even think to ask about. Their expertise guided us through the entire process and helped make sure we got the best deal while still finding a home that checked all the boxes on my wish list. A huge thank you to Josh Matiyow and Richard Woods for all of their hard work, patience, and dedication. They somehow managed to find exactly what I wanted… even when I wasn’t entirely sure what that was! 😂 And the best part? I’ve absolutely come to love my new neighborhood. ❤️ I honestly wouldn’t be nearly as happy with my new home without all of their help and guidance along the way. If you’re looking for a team that truly knows what they’re doing, listens to what you want, and has your best interests at heart, I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, Richard and Josh, for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Professional, attentive, service oriented, and knowledgeable. In addition to a great supportive team!
