I wish there was 10 stars. Krista is an incredible agent and person. She held a successful open house first weekend in March 2020, within 24 hours we had offer, bam escrow and we just closed escrow last week. We sold at listing price. Wahoo. My past experience with Realtors has not been so positive. What makes Krista super easy to work with is she keeps constant communication, explains the process, responsive to calls, texts and emails, most importantly she is honest and completely trustworthy. She is a woman of her word. Any obstacle that arises, she works right through with success. In the early stages of listing the home (End of Feb 2020) my father unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Krista was immediately sensitive to my situation and took care of everything. I had a difficult property manager managing the home and Krista worked through those issues and kept a positive and open communication with the tenants. I appreciate her taking charge of everything and working through the challenges that came along the way. She's excellent at problem solving, so I didn't have to worry one bit. She handles EVERYTHING. I'm so grateful for Krista and her wonderful team for patiently working with me and selling our home. I'm all about customer service and let me tell you, this is a TOP CLASS agent. I had lots of questions along the way and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or they were dumb questions. I do want to share that she has a strong knowledge of the market and industry in general. She shared when the best time to sell and the process and it worked out fantastically. With Pat's help and guidance we had bought a house in San Marcos while thinking we were going to move there from our home in El Centro after I'd sold my hardware stores and thinking to retire at age 82. After we'd spent a few weeks doing a kitchen remodel an other improvements, we decided we weren't ready, so we put the house back on the market. With a market of rising prices and scarce housing availability it ended up in a bidding war which Pat again guided us through successfully, and we recovered our remodel costs as well as a profit and the buyers were happy also!
