Bruce stood out as someone patient (a MUST for a newbie) knowledgeable in the area, and someone who could truly partner with me and my husband to find the right home. He worked with us to find the PERFECT home, and the only reason we are in it today is because of him. The home had several offers and their agent was cancelling appointments, but because it was Bruce, they let us tour the home and put in another offer (which they ultimately accepted). He has a stellar reputation (as evidenced by his ratings on Yelp) and it's not hard to see why. Bruce goes the extra mile for you, and I can't speak highly enough of him. Throughout the entire process of late night questions and calls he made himself available, and walked us through each step with expertise and professionalism.
