Working with Justin has been a great and positive experience. Initially I interviewed 3 different realtors and I knew from our initial phone call, Justin was my guy. His knowledge about the San Diego area mixed with his experience makes him a fantastic realtor for any buyer regardless of your experience with real estate. I knew very little going in and Justin took the time to explain the process and guided me to purchasing my first home. Justin is honest and will not sell you a home just to sell you a home, he will make sure it’s a good fit for you! In addition to Justin’s experience, he has a broad network who also play a role in getting the job done, which is critical when buying in a competitive environment like San Diego.

Rosemary was there when I bought my home and when I sold my home. While we were looking, some 3 years ago, I was very nervous about taking such a huge step in life and when I told Rosemary she was understanding and informative. At no point did I feel alone. At no point did I feel rushed. And at all points I felt cared for. Fast forward to selling that same home; I knew I had a capable, caring and knowledgeable contact to help me along the way. And not only help me, but educate me as well. Many times in life with business transactions you feel like a number or a burden or a nuisance. But with Rosemary I guarantee you will feel like family and all of your concerns or worries will have answers and solutions. I would recommend her to anyone I care about. In closing, this potentially stressful situation was made enjoyable all because of Rosemary. Thank you for everything.

Eric made us feel at ease with every step of the way in the home purchase. From open houses to putting in offers, we felt comfortable and knew we were getting the best treatment and a good deal the entire time. Thanks Eric!!
