Finding a home in San Diego area was a big challenge before COVID-19 lockdowns, and it became absolutely crazy in early 2021, prices jumping month over month, and each home having 10s of offers, some all-cash. Artur Nersisyan's knowledge of the local market and all moving parts of the process, his patience with us asking all the questions, and great organizational skills allowed us to see and put offers on all homes we liked on time! All offers that we made based on his advise ended up to be very close to the sale prices. Eventually, we bought our dream home in Carlsbad only because of Artur's professional and timely communication with our lending officer, seller's agents and all other parties involved. A month since we closed and moved to our new home, Artur is still available for anything that we need to follow-up with the previous owner. Thank you for making the experience of buying the first home as smooth as it was for us! Kudos to you and your team!

After moving to Washington three years ago, we decided to sell our rental property in southern California. Living out of state, we weren't sure who to choose or who to trust. We chose Mark & Carrie Browne after reading reviews and we're so glad we did! Mark was very knowledgeable about the southern California real estate market and seemed truly invested in our goals. He offered sound feedback when we asked questions about the process. He communicated often and kept us in the loop through every step of the process. Mark and Carrie listed our home quickly and sold it for $200,000 over asking price. We would highly recommend Mark and Carrie Browne to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in southern California.

What more can I say? Lucienne was amazing!! She sold my condo at the height of the pandemic! I had started out as a FSBO. I met Lucienne when I decided to interview several agents in case my FSBO efforts did not work. Lucienne impressed me from the beginning with her poise, presence, confidence, and congenial assertiveness. She was so genuine in every aspect that I immediately knew she would be the right choice. When I decided to put my property in her hands, I was not disappointed. From the beginning, she prepared (staged and photographed) my property to advertise beautifully and hustled my property on multiple forms of media and across her vast local, national, and international network. I couldn't believe how much attention she gave to me and my property - she was always there when I needed her, and I felt like I was her only client. She was easy to get in touch with and always returned phone calls and emails promptly. She intentionally only takes on a few clients at a time so she can devote the time that her clients deserve, and I loved that dedication. I've bought and sold properties before, but I still had in-depth questions - Lucienne really knows her business and was able to answer any question I had. I can't overstate how wonderful she was in every aspect of selling my property. Oh yeah, and probably the most important part for those of you looking to sell - she got me the highest sales price to date in the building!!! Thanks Lucienne!
