Our townhouse purchase with James could not have gone any smoother! Documents were sent to us in a timely manner and James did a great job explaining any questions we had along the way. Our escrow period happened to overlap with a vacation to Hawaii and James made sure we were able to meet with a notary in Hawaii so that our purchase wasn't delayed. We ended up closing one week earlier than expected! James also acted as our mortgage broker which made it convenient as he was our one-stop-shop for everything we needed with our purchase.
