Sonja helped us buying our first home during the very competitive and unusual times in the market, and yet we had an extraordinary and smooth experience. She is responsive regardless of the time of a day or a day of the week. She is highly proactive and has everything prepared ahead of the home visit - details and information about a property, neighborhood, and surroundings. We had a feeling that it is a family member helping us, not just an agent. She always gave us valuable opinions and helped us to learn the home buying process. We had countless showings and never felt a rush or pressure. We were able to close the deal in less than 3 weeks! and we had the sweetest heart warm welcome in our home on a day when we received the keys :) Our family will always remember that day for sure!
