We are very pleased with the experience of buying our first house with Gregg! He helped us locate a house that was perfect for us and negotiated a great deal. He ahas a great team to assist in lending, insurance, escrow and everything else we needed. You cannot go wrong by choosing Gregg Alexander to be your agent.

Linze has been such a pleasure to work with! She managed my rental property for almost three years while I was living out of state, and when I decided to sell, she was my realtor for the sale as well. Every step of the way, she has been such a pro! Her communication is quick with both myself and the various tenants I’ve had. She was a literal lifesaver when a leak in my dishwasher caused a huge amount of water damage. My tenants needed to move out for a while, and most of my condo had to be completely gutted and renovated. The only thing I had to take care of was my insurance claim she managed everything else, from the construction to the tenants. Living in another state, there was absolutely no way I could have handled that situation without her! She also seamlessly helped me find new tenants when my current ones moved out at the end of their lease. Lastly, when I was ready to sell, she came up with a very creative incentive that brought in two offers the same day! In the current market, things were moving slowly, and her creative thinking is what ultimately made the sale. From my initial meeting with her about property management to the entire escrow process, Linze has been informative, communicative, and professional. You could not find anyone better in San Diego County for your real estate needs!
