Nicole was awesome to work with, she listened to what we were looking for in a home, she was so professional, creative & was quite inspiring by being such a positive force in the ups & downs of locating the type of Home we were looking for in such a tight real estate market!!! The thing is, right of the bat Nichole found 3 homes that met our criteria for the home of our dreams that we were searching for! Once we made up our minds on the home we wanted she did a brilliant job of handling the negotiations, managing our concerns & the seller’s agents concerns and getting our offer accepted & the deal closed within 28 days! Simply miraculous in the market we were in. We highly recommend Nichole and are so grateful we found her to help us find our Dream Home!
