I would highly recommend Justin. For years we have only heard amazing things about him but had never worked with him. We had a listing that had been sitting on the market for a few months and decided to use Justin and his team to sell our new construction Pacific Beach property via Harcourts Traditional Auction process. At first we were skeptical of the process (not Justin!) since we weren’t familiar with the auction platform. But we trust Justin tremendously and decided we would give it a try. I can honestly say the only regret is that we didn’t try it sooner! The property sold in about 2 week, all cash offer, at the price we wanted. I would work with Justin again in a heartbeat. He went above and beyond in many ways to get the job done. He is trustworthy, highly experienced and incredibly knowledgeable not only about residential real estate sales but development as well. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
