I'm recently widowed and needed to sell my home. Scott had helped my son on a project for SDSU so I met with him and liked his plan for selling my home and his upfront honest attitude immediately. Ive never had an agent before that was so involved in the process of preparing a home for sale, Scott was at the house regularly assisting me in getting it ready for sale. It was a huge job ! Scott is honest and upfront and always had my best interest at heart even if it wasn't what was best for him. I would Highly recommend him to my family and friends or anyone selling or buying !

This man really earns the title of the greatest real state agent! Him and his team are absolutely fantastic! A little back story of my case, I started working with Francisco 3 years ago, back then me and my fiancé where only kids dreaming, but his nice energy and customer service really made us dream more to the point that a few days ago we got our very first house. Ever since that day Francisco has been in touch with us and letting us know what we needed to go improve our credit and gather all the key points to make this happen. More than just my real state agent I see Francisco as a good friend and I will always show off how amazing he and his team made this process. He was always there answering calls and giving us the best advices. We even had some issues while we were on escrow and he stepped up and fully controlled the situation to the point that we could close this transaction. We are really happy on the outcome and we really look forward to work with him again! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with this man.

Finding a reliable real-estate agent can be tricky. Fortunately, for my family, we have Kelly. She tells us the truth about the house and doesn't beat around the bush. Her attention to detail is admirable. Informing us if the house we are interested in has any unnoticeable flaws that the average home buyer won't notice. First time home buyers are nervous enough as it is, but Kelly not only helped us buy our first house, she was also there to help sell it. Even now, when buying houses is harder than ever, she still managed to find our forever home. Kelly does her job and excels at it, there is nobody else I'd trust more.

I have known and worked with Juanaca and Travis for many years now, bought houses and recommend her to many of my friends some became loyal customer. Just when you think it can't get any better they below my mind in this last sale. She turned around the house and got 25% more than what I expected while we are living in Europe, we trust her like family (well more than trusting some of my family members lol) with every decision she made and at the end it all paid off. You have them in your side, you are going to win.
