We are so grateful for Aprils assistance through an unusual transaction in order to get our dream home. To make it more complicated, we found our dream home (a quick move-in “new build”) but needed to sell REALLY fast to make it happen. She sold our home quickly during an extremely slow time of year, for the full price we wanted AND helped us navigate through the purchase of New Construction to make sure everything lined up personally and financially with the builder. She was in constant communication with the Builder and the builders lender to ensure timeliness and accuracy, as well as review their contracts to make sure nothing was hidden in the fine print. She was honest, upfront and didn’t let any little details fall through the cracks. She was also very understanding and respectful of our family’s limitations with 3 young kids and special needs pets. Cynthia is great at what she does and made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish, which was very helpful since I was out of the country during the majority of escrow and closing. She was helpful in facilitating all inspections and making sure they were all done within a timely manner. She would then walk me through all of the results and made sure I understood what was being said and what actions would need to be taken from them, if any. If I had any questions or concerns she was prompt with responses and made sure I was satisfied with her responses. Tom was amazing, we found my home on the very first time looking at homes.
