She helped me navigate the emotional ups and downs of viewing multiple homes and was very attuned to my preferences - the homes she recommended were right up my alley (pun intended) and I was very happy after purchasing my dream home. As a seller, I had full confidence that the strategy, marketing, and negotiating would get me the maximum value — and she did. For example, when we listed my home, there were already three properties sitting unsold on the same street. Ana came in with outstanding marketing and presentation, and within a week we were in escrow at a higher price per square foot than those other homes. Elizabeth has been the best agent I’ve had. She was there from day one to the last day. Always responded to my messages no matter the time of day or the day of the week. When there was doubt she was there to keep me going always positive, good vibes. I didn’t think I was able to afford the place I bought. She was there for me reviewing documents and helping me with the process me being a first time buyer I had lots of questions. She never seemed irritated or frustrated with me.
