Clay was very down to earth and calming, which is needed during a stressful transaction. I had to move prior to the sale due to a difficult life change and he supervised all the repairs and needs of the house while I was gone. He’s very detail oriented and picked up on things that could have become a potential issues. The house sold quickly. I received a full price offer within a week and closed under 20 days.

Marta was detailed and always gave you options if there were any. Always kept you informed. Loved working with her.
