Working with Tim made selling my home a total breeze! I had never been through the selling process before and had heard from numerous people that it is classified as one of life's most stressful events. Apparently those who feel that way have never worked with Tim! n nWithin just days of Tim listing my home we had an extremely solid offer from a very qualified buyer. Tim negotiated with the buyers and got them to accept our counter offer and just like that my house was sold! Tim managed to sell my house for way over what the neighborhood comps were going for within just a couple of days! n nAside from getting more than I was expecting for my home, Tim handled all of the difficult phone calls and work on the back end. He made sure to keep on top of the buyer's agent throughout the closing process to ensure documents were submitted on time and that everything closed as expected. Tim made himself available to me 24/7 if I ever had any questions or concerns, and was incredibly responsive. n nIn addition to the superior service I received during the selling process, Tim has continued to check in on me in the months that have followed. My experience with Tim couldn't have been better. He truly cares for his clients, and his hard work and integrity set him apart in the business. I feel 100% confident recommending Tim to friends and family members. He is a fantastic agent that puts his client's needs first!
