Did Tom and Klara change my thoughts on needing a realtor to buy a home?? Abso-stinkin-lutely!! Browsing homes online, going to open houses and looking up specs... easy peasy. Negotiating contracts, understanding the fine print and most importantly knowing what the heck is happening during escrow? This is where the dream team really shines! Our new home was not only going to be where we grow our family and build roots for the years to come. It’s also the largest financial asset we own. It is very important that you have someone you can trust, who will advocate on your behalf, for the best possible outcome. Buying a house is very daunting. Tom and Klara were so patient and understanding with our questions, concerns and maybe the occasional irrational moments one can experience, occasionally. We were so grateful to have them on our side of the table. There are many moving parts during the entire process, from offer letters all the way to getting those blessed keys. And no matter how many episodes of House Hunters I watch, I am not an expert in real estate. Tom and Klara were there to answer our questions and even ask questions we didn’t know to ask. We are now in a home we never thought was within our grasp. That beauty with a view at the end of the cul de sac. You know the one, that’s our house! And we have Tom and Klara to thank for that.

When we thought we wanted to move to the San Diego Area from Arcadia we wanted to rent a house for six months to see what we thought of the area. Elyse helped us find a house in Rancho Santa Fe and in a month or so COVID hit and closed things down. She helped us look in all areas from the beach communities and the areas around there. We knew after the rental house we wanted in a neighborhood setting. She helped us find Fairbanks ranch. We eventually moved back to Arcadia. But she kept looking. We made one offer which was a disaster and she kept working with the owner's agent to help us. We finally pulled out of that. Then she found us another house which we eventually bought. I can't say enough about her professionalism, her knowledge of the market, her patience. She is definitely a "diamond in the rough". I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
