When we thought we wanted to move to the San Diego Area from Arcadia we wanted to rent a house for six months to see what we thought of the area. Elyse helped us find a house in Rancho Santa Fe and in a month or so COVID hit and closed things down. She helped us look in all areas from the beach communities and the areas around there. We knew after the rental house we wanted in a neighborhood setting. She helped us find Fairbanks ranch. We eventually moved back to Arcadia. But she kept looking. We made one offer which was a disaster and she kept working with the owner's agent to help us. We finally pulled out of that. Then she found us another house which we eventually bought. I can't say enough about her professionalism, her knowledge of the market, her patience. She is definitely a "diamond in the rough". I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Elyse was truly such a pleasure to work with! When I first started the process I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. Elyse spent many Saturdays taking me around to give me a feel for what was available in my price range in the areas I was interested in. She asked thoughtful questions and pointed out things I wouldn’t have even thought of to look at or ask about. As a first time home buyer I was really intimidated by the entire process, but Elyse and her team did an amazing me job walking me through every step. They really helped make a complicated process a lot easier for me! She always got back to me right away to answer any of my questions and always made me feel like her #1 priority. Elyse even continued to help me after I closed on my condo! I decided to redo parts of the kitchen, and she recommended a great painter who did a fantastic job on the cabinets. I am so in love with my new condo and so grateful for all of the work Elyse did to help me get here. I will absolutely use her in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor!
