Working with Leissa was a great experience for my wife and I. As a former broker I know stressful being an Real Estate can be. Especially in this market. Without her we would have never closed on this beautiful home!! I mean when we first viewed the home in person, my wife and I thought there was no way we were going to get in this place. It was TOO PERFECT. And at the time houses would see at least 20 offers after the first showing. This place was pristine—it looked like an upgrade model home. We almost didn’t bother putting in our offer but Leissa knew better, she easily convinced us to proceed with the offer and immediately went to work drawing up our offer. And guess what? We beat the other 20+ offers!! We were granted our forever home!! However the job wasnt done yet. She made sure we were up to date with any new information we need and worked diligently with the Mortgage Lender to secure financing. And she help us to close in a reasonable time. What i like about Leissa is her availability. She was always there to address any concerns. If you’re thinking about purchasing a home you should consider hiring Leissa. You want to make sure that you dont lose your dream home!

Joe sold our home in Chula Vista. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced--he has my highest recommendation. Joe brings a professional team to the sale, backed by Berkshire Hathaway, excellent photographers, and staff. Joe's experience was useful when the first buyer we went to contract with, backed out. Joe kept a courteous relationship with other agents who also submitted offers for our home. Within six hours of the first buyer backing out, we were under contract with a new buyer. Joe was also incredibly helpful when crafting our counter offers, specifically when working through appraisal contingencies. Joe had our home under contract three days after going to market--with multiple offers. Even with the first buyer backing out, Joe helped us close 24 days after going to market. The home was priced at $695,000 to $735,000 and Joe sold it for $750,000.
