He gave us great advice to help prepare our house and even helped us stage it for the photos, which by the way were so freaking awesome that at first sight I didn't even recognize our own house. The open house planning and setup were so good that Mike pulled in 12 great offers for us! He then helped us negotiate a mind blowing good offer and constantly stayed on top of everything to make sure our house closed without any major issues.
