Jimmy helped us with selling and buying our home. We are not very familiar with the Real Estate world, but he was there to guide us. When we first met with Jimmy, we told him our plans of selling our current home in order to buy our forever home. He was very attentive and he answered all our questions. We can tell he was very knowledgeable. He advised us on what we can do to help prepare our home for Open House. When we were finally ready to put our home on the market, the process was fast! Before the end of the week, we chose our buyer and we were in escrow by the following week. My husbad and I have very busy schedules with work and kids, but Jimmy helped ensure that our home selling journey was smooth. When we were searching for our forever home, Jimmy was there for us to ensure that the house we were interested in was a good fit. We told him of homes we were interested in seeing, and we went to a few open houses. He would ask us what we liked and didn’t like about a property, and he would always listen to our thoughts. Jimmy knew what our vision was for our home, and he made sure that we didn’t settle. When our offer for our home was accepted, Jimmy was there every step of the way. At one point, we were on vacation, and Jimmy communicated with us via email, but he also was mindful that we were on vacation.
